Customer Service is Superb!
My experience with Storage Ventura has been nothing but pleasant! Steve gave me all of my options so that I got the best ... deal that made the most sense to meet our needs. He was friendly and resourceful every time I called. Morris, who took over for Steve, was just as helpful when I made an oversight in changing my storage needs. This place is perfect for my things!
I felt secure (for my car and myself) while loading and unloading because it was inside the building and so convenient to ... the elevator. Tom the Manager was very professional and was always there during the day in case you needed help or supplies. The hours of operation were great especially early morning or later evening! Prices are reasonable for the amenities (good size choices, climate control and security cameras) which was what I looked for in a storage unit!
